However, its system design has many disfigurements on legislation,which can not effectively protect the rights and interests of labors who are placed. The operating is non-standard, the right and duty of the main parts in labor service dispatches legal relations are not clear,and the labors'rights and interests are extremely easy to be demaged,etc.All these problems greatly affect the development of labor dispatch.From the actuality which the protection of rights and interests of labors dispatch is generally missing,this paper synthetically uses the research methods of induction and contrast analysis,and it develops its dissertation on the labors'rights and interests protection from the several points as below:Chapter one, this chapter begins from case of labor dispatch,analyse and discuss the existent problems which come into being on the rights and interests protection of labors who are placed in our country,consequently show clearly the problems which must to be resolved in reality of the legal stipulations and managements on labor dispatch in our country.Chapter two,this chapter introduct the main theory of labor dispatch.begins from concept of the word of labor dispatch, it defines the basic meanings of labor dispatch and the legal relationships of the three parties,and shows clearly the speciality on the rights and interests of labors.Lastly,we uses the base of academic achievements on many domestic experts and specialists for reference,read and unscramble the related stipulations of rights and interests protection of labors who are placed as per our country'law of employment contract in detail, combine the problems on the labors'rights and interests protection of our country, it points out that disfigurement on the labor dispatch. Chapter three, this chapter aims at the problems in reality and the present legislation disfigurement,the writer proposes the legislation suggestions on perfecting our country'labor dispatch system,by which can improve the optimization on the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of labor dispatch legislation,consequently protect the legal rights and interests of labors who are placed in our country from illegal infringement.
