The Civil Service Administrative Reasons And Contain Measures

The administrative nonfeasance of the civil servant is now a hot spot for the research of administrative law in China, and it is greatly significant to improve the theoretical system of administrative law, to promote administrative organ to administer a country by law and to protect the interests of human rights. It is obverse that the administrative nonfeasance of the civil servant endangers the society, however, due to the invisibility, it hasn't been paid much attention, and little research has been found in this area. Therefore, the paper explores its vitals, proposes a system to better the administrative nonfeasance of the civil servant and provides countermeasures. The whole paper has five chapters. The first chapter is about the aim of the paper and the current conditions of the administrative nonfeasance, and the second chapter talks about the definition and the features of the administrative nonfeasance. The next chapter is about legal regulations of the administrative nonfeasance of the civil servant beforehand and the forth chapter is about the legal regulations afterwards. And the last chapter provides countermeasures for the administrative nonfeasance of the civil servant.
