Ecological migration is a systematic project related to economy, society, resources, environment and other aspects. While focusing on objective to harmonious development of ecological, economic and social, the interests of migrants themselves should be paid more attention, so that the more stable all-win on multiple objectives of ecological migration project can be achieved in the long term.Based on the theory of capability, using fuzzy evaluation method, this paper measures and evaluates the welfare changes between before and after migration of ecological immigrants in Sunite You Qi, and gives policy recommendations on reasonable compensation for the ecological migrants and sustainable development of immigrants'villages, in order to improve the welfare of immigrants.Using capability approach as a standardized tool, and in accordance with national policies, relevant international documents, the specific circumstances of the study area, as well as actual data from investigation, this paper attempts to set up functioning indicators of eco-immigrant families, and to establish evaluation criteria. Conclusion can be got: after ecological migrants'relocation, overall welfare decreases. Main facts affect the welfare changes of immigrants are several functional activities, including family income, social security, living conditions and community involvement; in addition, the level of education and regional industrialization also have a major impact on the welfare of migrants.
