| Since the reform and opening-up, economy in China has increased by leaps and bounds. Meanwhile, numerous legal problems arose from the developing economy. Due to the hysteresis of law, many legal disputes lack regulations of legislated law, which resulted in individuals'economic behaviors without supervision in certain fields. What's more, judicial department's work are facing great challenges because of the absence of relative law. These problems are exactly what caused problems of confirmation of Shareholder qualifications.
