Research On The Liability Of Blood Transfusion Infection

As one of the causes of medical injury, the number of medical infection increases very fast. This paper addresses three main contents: (1) Applicabling low of the compensation for blood transfusion infection. (2) Allocation of burden of proof in the dispute of blood transfusion infection. (3)Responsibilty principle of blood transfusion infection.Object of this paper is the liability of blood transfusion infection. The main line is Applicabling low of the liability of blood transfusion infection,Allocation of burden of proof in the dispute of blood transfusion infection,The reliefing of blood transfusion infection. This article contain five aspects: In the firsr part, by analyzing the causes of blood transfusion infection, we divided it to two tupes. In the second part, by comparing the results of the application of different lows, we wish to choose a better application of law. In the third part, we make some comments of allocation of burden of proof in dispute of blood transfusion infection by a case study. In the fourth part, Analyzing the application of the pinciple of responsibility. In the fifth part, I hope the Chinese can build no-fault insurance system of compensation transfusion infection to resolive the current diffculties in China.
