The Dissimilation Of The Corroboration Rule In China

The corroboration rule is one of the important evidence rules. In my countries'legislations, the corroboration rule is an important part and plays a important role in the criminal procedure. Because in the mordent world, the corroboration rule has changed a lot, it should be paid more attentions to.In China, there is the corroboration rule in some laws. And also, the corroboration rule is often applied to in our judicial practice. The corroboration rule should be studied as a whole. And it has theoretical and practical meanings.There are six parts in this thesis, including the summary of the corroboration rule, the nature of the corroboration rule, the modes of the corroboration rule, the corroboration rule in China, the dissimilation of the corroboration rule in China and the conclusion. In the first three parts, I introduce the main contents of the corroboration rule. In the fourth part, I introduce the corroboration rule in China. In the fifth part, I introduce the two main problems when the corroboration rule is applied to in judicial practice in China. In the last part, I give some suggestions to the construction of the corroboration rule against the problems.
