Marxism in China is a cultural integration process, this process necessarily must be based on a similar basis of culture. This paper is to compare Marxism with China's traditional culture by analyzing the cultural factors which played a fundamental role in the process of bringing Marxism in China and identify meeting point of Marxism and China's traditional culture in order to further promote Chinese new contemporary the construction of culture, especially for the construction of the socialist core value system and provide ideas.
