Research On Issues Related To Intentional Homicide Of Abnormal Personality

In recent years, intentional homicide cases of abnormal personality occurred frequently, resulting in an extremely bad social impact, causing widespread concern in all sectors of society. Between intentionai homicide cases of abnormal personality and ordinary intentional homicide cases are enormous difference, it is necessary to study issues related to intentional homicide of abnormal personality in-depth and meticulously. This paper is divided into five sections.The first part is an overview of abnormal psychology. Introduce the concept of and categories of abnormal psychology, Highlight the concepts and types of abnormal personality,one brance of abnormal paychology. Based on comparing broad with narrow abnormal psychology, this article refers to personality disorder in a narrow abnormal psychology.The second part is about the characteristics of intentional homicide of abnormal personality. First, crime status and trends of intentional homicide of abnormal personality are analyzed. Secondly, the characteristics of such cases are discussed, this is also the focus of this section. In recent years, the number of intentional homicide cases of abnormal personality is huge, also the impact. As the pressure to survive, resulting in a lot of people have varying degrees of psychological barrier, therefore, such cases will always exist at this stage, the numbers are likely to rise. The features of the intentional homicide of abnormal personality run through the whole criminal process. Features of the preparatory phase of the crime express criminal motive, preparation before the incident, the state of mind before the incident, identification of victims. According to the different characteristics of murder scene, criminals can be perverted into an organized force criminals and unorganized force criminals. Organized force criminals and unorgnized force criminals at all stages of the crime are very different, but the abnormal offenders are not absolutely divided into an organized force and unorganizd force. Some of the offender characteristics show mixture of two kinds of criminals, and between the organized and unorganized force strength in different degrees. Characteristics of the abnormal offender's personality reflecte fantasy, extreme, a high degree of ego and desire of control.The fourth part is resons of intentional homicide of abnormal personality. The causes of crime are discussed. Intentional homicide of abnormal personality mainly due to two aspects: external stimulus and internal needs. For abnormal personality, most important factors erternal are family problems, emotional problems and work-related problems. Underlying reasons include venting emotions, seeking to satisfy and proving themselves. It may be internal demand trigger abnormal personality to killing, and it may be the outer and inner demand to stimulate abnormal personality. However, abnormal personality itself is the decisive factor in crime, external stimuli is only a cause.The fifth part is prevention and control measures of abnormal personality. First, reasons for the formation of abnormal personality are analyzed, then put measures forward to prevent the formation of abnormal personality. Second, the study of prevention and control crime after abnormal personality which has benn formed. In my opinion, that should be divided to two levels for preventing and controlling intentional homicide of abnormal personality. Analysing the causes of the formation of abnormal personality, preventing the formation of abnormal personality, deracinate intenional homicide of abnormal personality from the source. Abnormal personality is formed under combined effect of different factors wuhich could be summed up mainly as biological, psychological and environmental factors. To prevent the formation of abnormal personality, it should be based on these factors putting forward specific measures to eliminate the conditions which can generate abnormal personality. Second, prevent and control intentional killing of abnormal personality,after abnormal personality has benn formed. After abnormal personality has been formed, in order to prevent abnormal personality intentional killing, it is necessary to take special therapy timely for their to prevent further deterioration of mental condition. After the abnormal personality start killing, the judiciary must consciously put related case togther, and using of technique of profiling criminal psychologicy, to detecte cases as soon as possible,to arrest offener timely.
