The lawsuits of divorce always concern about the cease of marriage, the division of property, and the appointment of direct guardian. It is theotrically and practically significant to specify the nature of the combination of the affairs above. Whether is it the joinder of causes of action or the joinder of requests. This thesis begins from the above questions and basic knowledge, ponders that it is the joinder if causes of action. It makes some further meditation on divorce on the basis of the discussion. It can be divided into 5 parts.In the 1st part, the thesis arises the problems through a typical case as well as the significance of therelationship between the cease of marriage, the division of property, and the appointment of direct guardian.In the 2nd part, the thesis identifies the joinder of causes of action and the joinder of requists. On the basis of the exposition of their content, the thesis distinct them from each other. It serves as the basis for further discussion.In the 3rd part, the thesis introduces the due problems in Germany and Taiwan.In 4th part, the thesis introduces the quo status of the joinder of the causes of actions in cases of divorce. It firstly analyses the due regulations in our country. Then it recommends the attitudes of 3 scholars. On the basis of that, it gives the main viewpoints of the author. It is the relationship between the cease of marriage, the division of property, and the appointment of direct guardian is the joinder of causes of actions.The 5th part actually serves as the emphasis of the thesis. It gives out some mediations of author on cases of divorce. On the ground of the relationship between the cease of marriage, the division of property, and the appointment of direct guardian is the causes of actions, it analyses the joinder and separation of each causes, the doctrines of judgment, partial judgment as well as established judgments.
