Individualism, Relationship And Theories Of International Relations

Forest to see the two identical leaves, the earth also find two identical. Everything in the world of matter or spirit, it is unique. But the truth is, there also forest all leaves is still leaves, everyone on earth are human. Born in the western theories of international relations with western individualism ideas and ways of thinking, the linear as its core individualism inevitably restricted the development of international relations theory and its as promoting world peace and cooperation theory significance. In contrast with the western ideas and individualism in traditional cultural background is also called "a relationship" way of thinking. Chinese people's cognition is rooted in the group, Differences in the individual atoms thinking,Chinese thinking is based on the collective. This collective cultural orientation made Chinese "relationship" thinking. Therefore, as China's international relations researchers, should be aware of this unique Chinese way of thinking for constructing theories of international relations and special effects. Of course, this doesn't mean completely abandoned western existing theories of international relations , general and special, unique and common relationship is the prerequisite to clear. In this paper, the author firstly in the first part of the analysis of the current mainstream western theories of international relations and the three schools (new) realism, (new) liberalism and the mainstream of constructivism in individualism. Later in the second part, simple analyses the cultural sources of Western individualism and China's relationship thinking. On this basis, The third part of the article aiming at China's this unique relationship between socialist thought into our understanding of international relations, the socialist international relations as understanding of ontological foundation, Clear the core of international relations in China, and to know in international relations theory, some key concepts. Through such understanding, hope to build the Chinese international relations theory do some small contribution.
