The Study On The Public Service-Oriented Government Construction Of Inner Mongolia

Government mould revolving, penetrate the entire mankind community developing from start to the end, With the rapid development of China's market economy, in order to adapt the socialization inside and outside environment of market localization, China has proposed the pressing demand to the government mould revolving. The issue how to transform the township government function and construct a public service-oriented government has caused wide public concern. This thesis by means of theory combination with substantial evidence, universality together with peculiarity combination, select inferior development area-Inner Mongolia as the object to study. This advanced in some scholars who select rich area as the object to study. Analyze the present situation that the Inner Mongolia local government constructing the public service-oriented government, there are still some problems that the inferiority of the constructing the Inner Mongolia public service-oriented government over other areas in China. The government in undeveloped area has a relatively weak public service function, which can not meet the publics'demand for education, health and social insurance.This thesis analyze the present situation that the Inner Mongolia local government constructs the public service-oriented government, find the problems that Inner Mongolia local government constructs the public service-oriented government, and analyze the reasons which lead to these problems on the levels of conception and government. According to the problems and the reasons that lead to the problems, this thesis proposes many advices and measures to construct Inner Mongolia public service-oriented government. These can supply specified theory and practice directions to construct Inner Mongolia public service-oriented government pattern which fit for different and various places, and these also can help other governments to construct the public service-oriented government.
