Innovation Research On The Party-Building Work Of College Students In The New Era

Since the 17th Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Party Central Committee has always stressed the new great project that propelled the party building comprehensively with the spirit of reform and innovation. The party building work of college students is one of the most important part in the CPC's building work. It is the important section of the ideological and political education of undergraduates. It is also the significant content in the college talents cultivation. In the new era, many new problems emerged in the party building work of college students. Because that there are many-sided influence, such as the reform in the society,the change in the higher education the widespread of the internet, and the transformation on the job object. Thus, it is necessary to study the actual state of the college students party building work and explore several new measures. It will be use for reference for the college students party building work in the future.The thesis is composed of four sections. Firstly, the definition,the content,the development history and the significance of the party building work of college students was elaborated. Secondly, the current situation was analyzed. On the basis of the introduction of background and the work overview, the achievement which obtained from the party building work was conformed. Thirdly, the problems exist in the party building work of college student were pointed out. At the same time, the reasons were analyzed. Fourthly, the suggestions were proposed to strengthen and improve the party building work of college students. There are four measure to push ahead the party building work of college students. First, the scientific work ethic should be set up. Second, the mechanisms with long-term effects should be build up. Third, the manner of party members education and management should be broaden and improved. Fourth, the development of the party building rank should be completed.
