In the countervailing filed,new case law reverse the rule of American countervailing laws do not apply on nonmarket countries, and confirm that American countervailing laws can used on nonmarket countries. U.S authorities abuse discretion to reject acknowledge the marketing economy statue of China and its enterprises.As one of the biggest import country of U.S,China have became the victim of the trade protectionism of U.S. China need to take countermeasures to these new situations.
