It has been over thirty years since the antitrust law of South Korea came into effect, during which this law has been greatly amended for thirteen times. This thesis is based on analysis of amendments of the antitrust law of South Korea, and comes up with suggestion as to how antitrust law of China could be further improved from aspects of the Substantive Control System and the Executive Departments. This thesis consists of three parts, which are introduction, text and conclusion. The part of text is divided into three chapters. Firstly, it describes the experiences of legislation and amendments of the antitrust law of South Korea and makes a brief summary of the four draft texts of this law.
