On The Improvement Of Our Foreign Investment Law

Since the financial crisis, the main difficulties we have faced are the shortage of foreign investment, the tendency to "monopoly" and the bad influence on security of our national economy. At present, our country's legal regulations are not perfect in these three aspects:at first, the surrounding of our foreign investment law is far to perfection; secondly, we are lack of the law system which can regulate "foreign cooperative behavior", finally, the review system of economic security is still not completely established. Through the comparative analysis, we have found that America, South Korea and other countries which have relative mature and perfect legal system in these fields, and there are many experiences are worthy of our reference. Therefore, we should start from China's basic conditions, and learn from foreign advanced experiences, optimize the foreign investment law's environment. We also should construct and perfect the system which regulate the "cooperative behavior and review the economic security. All these things are able to help us to cope with financial crisis well.
