The Research On The Limitation Of The Liability Of The Electronic Certification Institutions

The development of information technology not only promotes the electronic commerces progress,but also the advancement of the electronic certification industry. Althougth it has important position, the limitation of the liability system on the electronic certification has not been formed a complete system,which is extremely adverse in its growth.This article summarizes the different views through the comparative analysis on the responsibility of the authentication institutions. At the same time, learning foreign advanced legislative idea and the judicial practice and Using empirical analysis and method of authentication institutions of economic analysis on the limitation of liability principle and so on. To construct the liability insurance system authentication institutions,in order to from the whole sets of complete and orderly limitation of liability and institutional mechanisms.The structure is divided into four parts.
