Research On Rural Public Service System Innovation Of Shaanxi Province

Public service is the 21st century core idea of public administration and government innovation.Villiage and township government is the grassroots-level organization of government administration of our country.The establishment and innovation for villiage and township public service system is the realistic choice of building our new social countryside.Building a perfect villiage and township public service system will do good to service-oriented government construction.With the development of social economy, knowledge innovation and management innovation is playing an increasingly important role in the comprehensive competition. No matter which country or region wants to win the competition, it must pay attention to knowledge innovation and management innovation which are at the core of comprehensive competition. In the processing of building a people-centered harmonious society, management innovation is mainly reflected as government public service system innovation. However, we can not deny that our public service system just begins; we still have a lot of work to do.This article first defines the meaning of public service system and then, on this basis, it discusses the main contents of public service system innovation. At the same time, it also illustrates the status of Shaanxi villiage and township public service system and points out its problems.
