Analysis Liability For The Damage Caused By Unknown Throwed Objects From High Buildings

With the rapid development of society,the urbanization process is accelerating,the urban population is increasingly dense,and it consequently results in a built-up situation.In recent yearsthe personal injury and legal disputes continue to occur,because of the throwing objects from high-rise buildings. Because of the complexity of such cases, especially there is no certain persons and there is no clear solution in such cases under the provisions of the law,so the judgements of the court cases based on the process and results also vary are different.At first,The thesis tries to find them unreasonable factors through several cases as the entrance,and establish the clear legal responsibility. Meanwhile,I will explain the similarities and differences between the conception of behavior of throwing objects,common risk behaviors,buildings liability. I believe that the possible households may bear liability for damages. In the lase part,I suppose to find a way out of tort law to settle down this problem.
