With the sustainable development of the economic reform and political reform of our country, the post classification system in civil servant is an important reform in the personnel system in reform progress. The style of personnel system presents its excessive and gradually, and go along with world trends. The post classification system in civil servant do not only according with the will of people, but also adapting itself to the modern government which keeps updated with times.The classification is the foundation of the management, if the civil servants have no the scientific classification and then have no scientific management. The position classification holds the very important status and the function in the entire country's civil service regulations .Looking from the reality of position classification of our country's civil servants, its system designation is not very scientific and is not reasonable, in the implementation also lacks the standard, and thus causes many questions in management. Therefore, if we want to carry out the management of civil servants scientifically, we have to make the foundation of position classification stronger. According to the investigation and analysis of countries, the post classification system do not only advancing the proceeding of personnel system reform ,also going deep into standard the management of the official servant system. It takes up an indispensable status in every country. Currently, from the appearance that the unification of the global economy and the cooperation of governments in all countries .The reasonable classification system in civil servant has put into effect, that to lay the good foundation of optional management system in civil servant .Taking the above into account , I put forward some tentative ideas about carrying out the post classification and first design according to the practical condition in China. The promulgation and implementation of the "Civil Servant Act" has vital significance to the reform and development of our country's civil servants position classification system, but this does not meant that all questions have been resolved. This paper has studied the present situation of our country's civil servants position classification system seriously, discovered the existed questions and analyzed its reason thoroughly, finally in profits from the overseas civil servants classification management experience's foundation to proposed our country's civil servants position classification system reform orientation.The thesis investigate and analyze currently mindset of the post classification system in civil servant of our country, it is based on the experience of the development history of the post classification system in civil servant . The full text altogether is divided into five parts. The introductory remarks have expounded the reason and significance of the selected topic in this paper, the position classification elementary theory, the domestic and international research present situation as well as the writing way of thinking and the research method; the first chapter analysis the conception and characteristic of the post classification and the grade classification, further more, it elaborate the difference and inosculation of the post classification management and the grade classification, while sum up a post classification management system in civil servant involved in Chinese characteristic which adapt to our country state on the basis of understanding well of classification system; the second chapter drawing reasonably fulfillment experience of western national public official's post classification management, sum up the meaning of currently post classification system of our country shows, from our country post classification system of evolution and development trend. The third chapter, analysis the present condition of currently our country public official the post categorize institutional, then commence from three aspects: firstly is the achievement that the our country post classification system obtains after reforming. The post classification system in civil servant of our country go to implementation, have already gradually been tended to perfect and form special classification system four basic principles" and have the post of Chinese special feature classification management characteristics, lay the foundation for the perfect of our country public official's system . Secondly is the problem of our country the post classification system existence of public official currently; thirdly is carry on reason analysis for the problem for existing. Make the article doing an intact fusion from these three aspects third part, there is a good function for the whole article. The forth part carried on the outlook for the development prospect to the post classification management system in civil servant, and analysis to the development mindset of the post classification management system of our country and had a foothold in the needs of the special personal management in our country, thoroughly, go deep into to scoop out the development trend that"the post classification"and"the grade classification"blend mutually development, then ,form a pattern of "post classification for lord, the personal status categorize for assist", in order to attain manage to the personnel system of efficiently, concise management. The post classification system of Our country need to be a long well-developed procedure, but the promulgation of , have already break through road for the development with perfect of the system in civil servant. The post classification management system in civil servant should be in the light of innovation with accompany enter of time spirit, continuously push forward public official's management system to head for perfect.
