Evidence Responsibility

The traditional allocation of the burden of proof has always been focused on the objective burden of proof on the elements of dealing with the fact that authenticity is unknown. This burden of proof in the analysis and comparison of various theories and found that the evidence as a behavioral sense of responsibility to the burden of proof put forward the theory of the function actually has a more positive——regulation of the parties evidence the behavior of dynamic processes advance the proceedings.
