| Juvenile Delinquency has become a social problem concerned by many social fields in recent years. This paper defines the concept of juvenile delinquency as a starting point, noting that the current characteristics of juvenile delinquency, in-depth analyzed the causes of juvenile delinquency, and on this basis, proposed measures to prevent juvenile delinquency.This articles described the problem in three parts. In the first part, defined the concept of juvenile delinquency as:Criminal acts implemented by people under age of 18 years, who has harmed the society and should be punished according to criminal law。The second part of the article mainly analyzes the justice measures to deal with juvenile delinquency.The third part of the article proposed the juvenile delinquency prevention measures. Mainly include:(1) Improve self-cultivation of the minors. (2) improvement of social morale and increase market management efforts. (3) improvement of education system.(4)Strengthen the basic governmental managements to the minors. Implementation of right psychological guidance. (5) enhancing the quality of the parents to improve family education. (6) strengthen the legislation.
