The Stability Of Law And Institutional Arrangements

Law principle of stability is the core element of the rule of law, that improves the rule of law with a series of maintenance of law and stability principles. Law, which the whole legal system and its stability condition and results of operation maintains a normal state eventually, is able to achieve social order of the property. In my paper, the stability and state of law, aims at the analysis through the history and specifications to answer the law's stability and the existence of the background of purgation, which implementation and improvement issues for existing or future under a democratic system of the country are in line with national constitutional law system reference design. I hope that the system designer in the planning or reform of the legal system,we can fully consider the requirements of law and stability to avoid and prevent troubles.
