An Analysis Of Party's Ideological Construction Of Postgraduates Under The New Media Environment

The enrollment of postgraduate has been expanded since 1999, The education of postgraduate develops rapidly in China. Party's ideological construction of postgraduate has been taken as an important component of postgraduate training; the leaders from all levels and universities would pay more and more attention on it. Especially, with the rapid development of science and technology, the human's broadcast has entered a "new media age" and thus it becomes an indispensable and important part of postgraduates'life, it also has a direct impact on the values and mental state of postgraduate. The work of party's ideological of postgraduate has be challenged by the change, such as contacting way, cognitive channels, innovative concepts and learning forms, it faces many unprecedented new situations and problems.The technology of new media has made a significant impact on human beings, and has altered the human's production and life style. Thus, we can see the new technology as "social existence". Due to social existence determines social consciousnesses, media environment and media culture have made a direct or indirect influence on postgraduates'value. In this paper, based on the dialectical relationship between social existence, the existence of Marxist social theory and the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness, to the premise of social existence determines social consciousness; from the angle of that social existence has dynamic function, to research on the party's ideological of postgraduate under the new media environment.In this paper, starting from describing overview of China's new media developments and main features, rationally analyze the opportunities and challenges that the new media brought to party's ideological construction of postgraduate. Compared with the character of postgraduates' ideological construction in the traditional media environment, to indicate the problems existed in the ideological construction in the new media environment from positive and negative aspects. Using of the basic principles comprehensively, the Marxist dialectic of the social relations being and social consciousness, from "what people to cultivate" and "how to train them", on the strategic level, to have a full understanding of the significance, of the postgraduate party's ideological construction. Concerning about the change of actual environmental conditions, to have a extensive and in-depth research of the postgraduate party's ideological construction below the new media environment. Proposed four aspects: First, we should establish the "Great Party" concept in the concept level, to inform social cohesion of the postgraduate party's ideological construction;Secondly, adhere to the people-oriented on the work mechanism, to build main type of work mechanism of party's ideological construction of postgraduate; Thirdly, make use of new media initiatively on the means of work, and to look for new models and new tools of party's ideological construction of postgraduate.
