A Research On The Supervisory Law System Over Information Disclosure Of Listed Companies In Chinese Stock Exchanges

Because of the importance of information in the running of stock market, supervision over information disclosure of listed companies is considered as the core in stock market supervision law system. As the organizer and first line supervisor of the stock market, stock exchanges play an essential role in the supervision over information disclosure of listed companies. This paper take the analysis of reviewing the failure of information disclosure supervision of Hangxiao Steel Structure Company, concluded that the main system defect of the supervision over information disclosure of listed companies in Chinese stock exchanges occurs in five aspects and by analysizing the supervisory law system over information disclosure of listed companies in stock exchanges of the world's major countries,then proposed five ways respectively to improve the system, using the methods of demonstrational analysis, comparative analysis and etc.This article did some research and innovative work as follows: 1) Chapter One discussed from the nature to the model, the objective and purpose of the supervisory system over information disclosure of listed companies in stock exchanges.2) Chapter Two studied the legal system defects of information disclosure of listed companies in China through the method of empirical analysis from the unique perspective of stock exchange supervision.3) Chapter Three analysized the supervisory law system over information disclosure of listed companies in stock exchanges of the world's major countries through the method of comparative analysis.4) Chapter Four analysized the supervisory law system over information disclosure of listed companies in stock exchanges of the world's major countries through the method of comparative analysis,and then proposed five ways respectively to improve the system.
