In general, human trafficking is an act that sale man by using fraud, inducement, and abduction for the purpose of profit, which is restated in the Criminal Code of civilized countries all over the world. What's more, it is recognized as one of the serious international crimes because it treats man as ware, eliminates the personality in law directly and interferes with the dignity. So it has been a matter of continuing concern to scholars studying the international crime law. While many study have been done more focused on the elements of the crimes of human trafficking, as well as the causes and prevention, but rarely on protection of human rights, which is the intrinsic motivation of human trafficking crime. In fact, combating human trafficking is the inevitable result of the awakening of human consciousness; the signing of the Convention against human trafficking is an important step of human rights protection in concrete. Therefore, taking the perspective of human rights not only conduce to understand the legal concept of"human trafficking"better, but also help countries to sort out and reflect on the misunderstanding in legal so that they can protect the citizens deeper, more comprehensive and practical and eventually make great progress in criminal law. In summary, the author plans to carry on the discussion in several aspects by the methods of concept analysis, history analysis and comparative analysis: the rise of human rights and the forbidding of human trafficking; the deep protection of human rights and the development of practice in combating human trafficking crime; the strengthened protection of human rights and the improvement of combating human trafficking in both China and Russia. A brief illustration of each of these aspects provides further insight and regenerate concept.
