On Construction Of Government Integrity

People have being pain more and more attention to "integrity" in the past few years, and people need living environment and working environment full of atmosphere integrity at present. "Integrity" includs government integrity, corporate integrity and personal integrity, etc. If the social credit system was a pyramid, the integrity of government laid on the pyramid tower.So, strengthen the integrity building of the government is very important. The integrity of government is linked bonds of the government and public relations, which runs through the interaction between the government and the public activities. In addition, the quality of government's integrity affects the integrity of citizens directly or indirectly,which also affects the market integrity and democracy building at the same time. To build a credible community, government needs to become a model of integrity, and the construction of credibility should be start from government.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the root causes of dishonesty of government, while exploring the fundamental way to control government's dishonesty. By comprehensive using of economics, management political economy, education, ethics, etc, the author analyzed the cause of government's dishonesty, put forward countermeasures of change ideas, establish honest government, strengthen honest moral education of government institutions, government credibility building system innovation,etc.The author introduced the concept characteristics and importance of the government's integrity at first. Secondly, the author introduced the actual performance of government's dishonesty.Thirdly, the author analyzed the source of government's dishonesty based on its actual performance, and put forward some countermeasures according to the existing issues of government's dishonesty.The results showed that many reasons caused the missing of government's credibility.The main reasons inclded the inertia of the traditional administrative model, the self interest of government behaviour, weak integrity sense of government officials, imperfect credit system of government, etc. In the process of social credit system construction, government integrity mechanism building should be the primary issue.
