It shows that:campus recessive universal personal injury diversity of its manifestations. Personal injury from a concrete manifestation of recessive divided as follows:hidden bodily harm and hidden psychological harm; never normal behavior of teacher education is divided into:cold behavior, preference behavior, the right to pressure behavior, corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form; abnormal behavior of students classified as:campus bullying class and the campus nickname.Based on interviews, this study attempts from the external environmental conditions, contributing factors, the reasons for the school. Students explore the four aspects of the reasons for the campus hidden causes of personal injury. To explore the hidden personal injury and effective prevention methods and measures, this studies from the campus of personal injury arising of the external environment, internal factors, starting from the optimal family atmosphere. Finally, this studies from the scene of the accident, the emergency disposal, and timely report to appropriate authorities. Pay attention to protect the scene investigation and evidence collection, which does a good job and does the work of four injured students to seek the treatment.Campus hidden personal frequent has brought great harm to society, which doesn't only affect the healthy growth of the students, but also to the school, the family. We should bravely face the reality and take positive and effective preventive measures to reduce the risk of harm to the students.
