| The author of the paper introduced the development of Chinese case-guiding system and theory development. Further, from the analytical approach of Chinese Contract Law, the author analyzed the needs of Chinese case-guiding system and proved the theory from aspects of rules of adjudication and judicial explanation. Considering that the directive cases could apply on different situations, the legal binding force should be different and classified as directive, explanatory and regulative.
