At the beginning this paper makes a start on introducing the disputes involved in virtual money of online game, followed by analysis of the causes of the problems. Second, after illustrating the history and definition of virtual money, we get the general idea about the scope of the virtual money which we discussed. Third, the legal analysis of loss issues is made about the both parties involved and the nature of network service contract. Finally, this paper puts forward legal remedies for loss issues of virtual money dispute, including legislation advice and judicial system advice.
