To Study The Cause Of Amendments Law At End Qing Dynasty From Changing Legal Culture

At the end of Qing Dynasty, the activity of the amendments to the law is the beginning of modernization of China's legal system. A lot of factors contribute to the amendments of the law. This paper attempts to make a study of the cultural reasons for the law amendments at the end of Qing Dynasty from the view point of law culture changes. In China modern times, with the closed state being broken, China's legal culture undergoes the process from being forced to accept to learning actively, while facing the western legal culture tremendous impact. A large number of foreign law books having been translated into Chinese, modern western legal culture has been introduced and disseminated to China's society. The Qing dynasty government sent many more students abroad to learn western laws, positively found and developed domestic legal education. Through the above methods, China's legal culture has been promoted constantly from the traditional one to a modern one, and ultimately resulted in the amendments of law at the end of Qing Dynasty.During the process of China's legal culture promoted from the traditional one to a modern one, a large number of foreign legal books have been translated into Chinese and introduced to the China's society, which provided a wealth of information and laid a theoretical foundation for the amendments of law at the end of Qing Dynasty; A large number of students have been sent to study abroad, which provided the necessary talent pool for the amendments of law at the end of Qing Dynasty.
