Association as a civil society organization, on the one hand is the link between government and enterprises. On the other hand, members of associations may be to maximize the benefits of the restrictive effects on competition imposed. Antitrust Law implemented in August, 1st, 2008 states clearly at the first time that the activities of limiting competitions by associations is illegal, which is the breakthrough development of the competitive law in China. However, it is difficult to limit associations by only relying on present law regulations. It's necessary to make a further study on associations'regulation and make some improvements. This thesis mainly expounds the research of associations'regulations, which includes five parts:The first part is introduction, which introduces the background and significance of topics, as well paves the way discussed below.The second part is the specific analysis of associations'competition-limited activities, which contains two parts: some basic concepts; main forms of associations'competition-limited activities. A correct and comprehensive understanding of associations'competition-limited activities will be achieved in this chapter.The third part mainly analyzes regulations that the antitrust law will make on associations'competition-limited activities, which are expounded from the following three perspectives: the confirmation of principle rights the in the circle of competitive law; the criterions the competitive law has for associations'competition-limited activities; the legal responsibilities'placement the competitive law sets for associations'competition-limited activities.The forth part is mainly on present regulations of associations'competition-limited activities and the possible ways to improve, which mainly includes the following parts: research on antitrust law, summarize existing problem, offering some suggestions for improving regulations of associations'competition-limited activities, the regulating of associations'communicative activities, setting civil liabilities for associations'competition-limited activities and improving associations'administrative liabilities.The final part is the conclusion concerning author's overall attitudes.
