As one of the measures of international trade remedy, the legislation of anti-dumping intends to promote fair and free competition which can induce worldwide benefit. But recently, the WTO "Anti-Dumping Agreement"'s liability gradually deflect and increasingly becoming one of the tools of trade protectionism for which more and more scholars get involved in the research of the produced negative impact. This thesis attempts to demonstrate we should abolish WTO "Anti-Dumping Agreement" and build TRAMs, Trade-Related Agreements, instead.Chapter I starts from the theoretical basis and the specific system of WTO "Anti-Dumping Agreement" and finally proposes that we should build TRAMs and abort the WTO "Anti-Dumping Agreement" by analyzing the related scholarly paper. Furthermore, it expounds that the competition agreement not only fits the WTO's leitmotiv better but also is conducive to trade liberalization and fair competition system.Chapter II is mainly on the analysis of the rationality of building TRAMs in the WTO framework, that is, it's necessary and feasible to build competition agreement under the present WTO framework agreement.The third chapter is about the establishment of WTO Framework Agreement-competitive practices, including its tenet , motive, basic principles, the main act, legal liability as well as relief measures and the competition regulatory regime.Chapter IV focuses on the Chinese attitude, standpoint and tactics on the abolition of "Anti-Dumping Agreement" and building of TRAMs.
