From A Constitutional Amendment Since The Founding Of The Constitutional Ideology Of Marxist In China

Constitution is the basis of the constitutional, the modification of the constitution is the process of growth of constitutional. From the birth of the constitution of 1954 to the promulgated of the constitution's amendment of 2004, After 50 years of ups and downs, which witnessed the growth and development of the Chinese Constitution. Socialist Constitution is a constitutional practice, which was under the guidance of the Marxist theory of constitutional.
