Study On The Ideological And Political Education's Team Development During The Time Of New Country Construction

The construction of the new countryside was adjured by the Fifth Plenary Session of the sixteenth central committee. This construction is in order to change the under developed condition of our present countryside, to realize the country's modernization and to foster contemporary peasants. This is a system engineering, which includes the constructions of the politics, the economy, the culture and the society. If we want to operate this engineering well, the most important thing is to unblock the villagers'thought, to balance the relations among different interests, to motivate everyone in the village to take part in the construction and to make the simple but unsophisticated rural lifestyle to return back. All these need the help of the ideological and political education, which plays an important part in the construction of the new country. However, relating to the ideological and political education, it is impossible for it to function effectively if its members don't have high qualities. This team consists of the supervisors and the educators, because the Ideological and Political Education is not only a process of educating, but also a process of managing. According to the real present condition of our country, the members'quality and ability don't fit in the requirements which are demanded by the ideological and political education work. It exists many problems, such as the shortage of the stuff, poor quality of the whole team, illogical team structure, unsteady mental state of each member of the team and so on. This needs us to explore scientific routes to strengthen the team development so as to increase the battle effectiveness and be qualified to the demands of the modern time.
