And they are being the main formal of business organization and primary kinds of market entities. The enssence of modern corporations is capital firms. The capital of corparations is the material basis of disregard of corporate personality and it contributes to operating the company. If the shareholders don't comply with their financial contribution duty as articles of corporation,it will shake the foundation of disregard of corporate personality, harm the benefit of the loyal shareholders and creditors and even affect the whole the order of the market economy. First,we interpret the corporate capital system, and explain the concept, the pattern of manifestation,the internal and external causes, and the effects of shareholder's capital subscription.
