In recent years, there are growing legal disputes between college students and college in administration of college, which aroused widespread concern in the society. When college in the exercise of the administrative power that have a significant impact on the rights of students, which is in the exercise of administrative power, so this management belongs to the administrative acts.This thesis analyzes the reasons which arouse disputes between schools and students in administration of college from the case of Tian Yong sue Beijing University of Science and Technology and several cases of the administration of college, in which summed up as the most important point is the lack of constraints factors to the administration of the college, due to which causing the abusive exercise of administrative power of college, thus against the rights of students as a relative.It can be seen from the case that there are certain problems about the legal supervision of the administration of college. The thesis deals with how to improve legal supervision of the administration of college from legislative supervision, administrative supervision, judicial supervision.Finally, this thesis builds an administrative law remedy mode that takes the complaints system as a precondition, the administrative review system as a basis, the administrative litigation system as the final protective barriers of the administration of college. The students can take complaints, administrative review, administrative litigation and such different ways to relief in order to protect their rights if they against the administration of college.
