Along with the development and reform and opening of society, social environment is becoming complex and people'ideology has been changed a lot, and the deficiency of the traditional the ideological and political education has been came to light. So, how to practice the ideological and political education well and enhance the actual effect become questions which are worth to thinking. The object of the ideological and political education is human being, the influence of people'hypostatic attribute to the ideological and political education is objective existed. Analyze and master the hypostatic attribute theory correctly should be instructive for the ideological and political education and it is propitious to understand the theoretical and practice basis of the ideological and political education, so as to put education in practice scientific and achieve purpose of education. This paper systematically discussed the instructional function of the Marxism human hypostases theories to the ideological and political education in three facets, including theoretical basis, practice basis and practice value.This paper consists of four parts. First, the human hypostases theories are reviewed. The differences between human hypostases and human nature are told, and the dissertations about human hypostases in archaic China and the west are generalized. Second, the connotation of the Marxism human hypostases theories are elucidated from its forming process. The human hypostases in archaic China and in the west are compared, and we come to the conclusion that the Marxism hypostatic attribute theory answers for historical reference correctly.In the third part, the instructional function of the Marxism human hypostases theories to the ideological and political education is discussed. The Marxism human hypostases theories are theoretical basis of the starting point, development goals and value guiding of the ideological and political education. Also, they provide philosophy basis for the practice of the ideological and political education.The practice values of the Marxism human hypostases theories in the ideological and political education are summarized in the fourth part. People are in possession of thisness, and realistic requirements of the education object must be respect in the ideological and political education. People are in possession of sociality, society should be regard as the main body to be educated in the ideological and political education. People are in possession of conscious activity, the education object should be given full play to in the ideological and political education.The Marxism human hypostases theories are stand of subject study. The theoretical basis, philosophical basis and practice values of the ideological and political education are discussed in-depth. The instructional function of the Marxism human hypostases theories to the ideological and political education is elucidated. This paper is innovative in two aspects. One is propositions about integrated development to persons as goal for the ideological and political education, combining with constructing socialism harmonious society. The other is the necessity of strengthening socialism core value hierarchy education in the ideological and political education.
