The research on improving the credibility of selecting and appointing cadres is the need of the times,and the necessary requirement of development and change of condition of world situation, national condition, party in 21st century. To improve the credibility of selecting and appointing cadres research is emphasized in the 17th report and the 4th plenary session of 17th .It is a new measures that the party maintains the advanced of the Marxist party in power and closely links with party-masses relations, and is a new requirements that the party adapt to the new situation for cadre work. In the new century and stage, to improve the credibility of selection and appointment cadres not only helps the development and improvement of the Marxist theory, but also captures the key to build the style of party and government in the new period for china. Also, the determination that the CPC deepen the reform of cadres and personnel system is clearly shown. It has great significance of constructing the high-quality cadres, improving the party's ability of governing, realizing the party's political line in the new era, applying t the concept for scientific development and promoting the development for Chinese characteristics socialism.To improve the credibility of selection and appointment cadres mainly refers to the broad masses of party members for recognizing the extent the work of selecting and appointing cadres. It has the extent that the selected and appointed party members are recognized among the majority of party members, it also marks the broad masses of party members trust the party cadre selection and appointment of the trust. So the paper advanced three basic dimensions to improve the credibility of selection and appointment Cadres. They are that the broad masses of party members recognize and satisfy on the process of selecting and appointing cadres, broad masses of party members recognize and satisfy with the result; broad masses of party members recognize and satisfy with the organization on the selecting and appointing of cadres.This thesis analyzes in details the existing problem when selecting and appointing cadres gained achievements. This thesis analyzes in details the problems in enhancing the pubilc confidence and the main reasons why the credibility is low. aiming at these reasons and problems. To improve the credibility of selecting and appointing cadres has three main strategies: firstly, insist on democracy and openness, and improve credibility of the process of selecting and appointing cadres; secondly, focus on capacity-quality, and improve credibility of the object of the selecting and appointing of cadres; thirdly, focus on fairness of selection, and improve credibility the subject of the selecting and appointing of cadres.
