Study Of The Farmers' Ideological And Moral Enhancement In The Context Of The New Building In Rural Area

In the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteen Central Committee and the No.1 Central Document of 2007, the CPC Central Committee and main leaders of our country put forward the policy of the new building in rural areas, and gradually established the "production being developed,life being rich,atmosphere being fine, village being tidy, management being democritic"20-character principle of the target of construction, and pointed out we need cultivate" new peasants". Since then, the policy of new building in rural areas lead to a widespread concern and attention of all sectors of society. Chairman Hu Jintao once pointed out:whether a society is harmonious and the long-term stability of a country can be achieved largely depend on the ideological and moral qualities of all members of society.There is no common ideals and beliefs, without a good ethics, it is impossible to realize society harmoniously. We should earnestly strengthen the building of socialistic advanced culture, and constantly enhance the people's spiritual, enrich the world of people's spirit. Therefore, in the process of new building in rural areas, in the meantime of building the material civilization and the spiritual civilization,we must pay more attention to popularize the scientific and cultural knowledge and reinforce the ideological and moral qualities of farmers, it can provide a good ideological guarantee, intellectual impetus, intellectual support and cultural pillar for the new building in rural areas.Therefore, this article will follow the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the thoughts of "Three Represents" and The Scientific Concept of Development,from the point of new building in rural areas and "new farmers" of cultivation and education, in the learning and borrowing ideas from current constructions, routes, policies of building the ideological and moral quality and a series of the domestic and foreign research findings, investigate and analyze penetratingly the present situation and main problems in terms of the farmers'ideological and moral quality in the process of new building in rural areas,then find out the causes that leading to these problems.On this basis,I will combine the theoretical knowledge in the major of Chinalization of Marxism, put forward practical approach to solve these problems, as well as reinforce and improve ideological and moral qualities of farmers.
