The protection of labour right is a worldwide issue, such unequality of labour right phenomena of various degrees exist in different countries of the world. It reduces the efficiency of labor forces allocation by labor market, deprives fair and equal employment opportunities of some labors, at the same time, harms their labour rights. These labors include graduactors. Many countries study on it and hope to find out the effective method to resolve it.The study of labour right begins in western countries first. During the whold 20th century and till now, These western countries always pay so much attention to it, and now, a series of theoretical research results have appeared. Chinese researches in this field started late and bases mainly on the theories of foreign countries, then combine them with our own problems. These theories are specially absorbed from America, Britain and Japan.During this period, the pretection of labour right by law, in our country, is unperfect, especially, employment discrimination is so serious. Serious employment discriminations on sex, residence, education and physiology has existed in Chinese labor market, and some newly appeared recent years. All these issues raise little concerns in China just because some education, law and system are unsuitable. In order to make every labor share equal labour right, we should learn the experience from developed countries and further make researches on our own issues.Based on western theories of protection of labour right, learning frome the experience of developed countries. Combine them with Chinese specific problems in Sociology, Economics, Law, System to analyze the problems and the way in future. At last, show my own advice in the paper.
