Legal Studies On Multinational Corporation Regional Headquarters

Since the reform and opening up of China, more and more Multinational Corporations (MNCs) have been attracted on the persistently rapid development of China's economy, entering China for investing. And many TNCs have located regional headquarters (RHQs) in China,which we call"RHQs Economy"。However, the legal status of RHQs is indistinct. The author puts the points of the following studies: what is the legal status of Multinational Corporation Regional Headquarters and how to promote their development by legal means.The article is divided into four major chapters:Chapter I: The author summarizes the fundamental theory of MNCs and RHQs ,including the law concept and law characteristics,etc.Chapter II: The author discusses development state of Multinational Corporation RHQs, one is the international state, and the orther is the internal state.Chapter III: The author summarizes the law international experiences of Multinational Corporation RHQs.Chapter IV : The author introduces the existence problems of China's law legislation and practices of Multinational Corporation RHQs. According to the international expericese and our country's practice, the author put forward some suitable legislation and practice proposals in Multinational Corporation RHQs .
