On The Confiscation Of Property Involved In Crimes

This article consists of four parts besides the introduction which is about the basis and significanc of this research.In the first part, the author recalls the historical evolution of the research topic, both in China and abroad,aiming at a historical understanding of it.In the second part, the author describes some general theories about consfication of properties involved in crimes, such as explanations of the research topic's definition, characteristics, justification, function and basic principles, and comparisons with other relevant systems, emphasizing its role in fighting against crimes and protecting the property rights of the people.The third part proceeds with an analysis of some controversial and difficult issues in the practice in order to better understand and then effectively employ it in practice.In the last part, the author first describes China's current legislation about confiscation of properties involved in crimes,and then gives some legal advice.
