Study On The Construction Of Chinese Political Culture In The Period Of Social Transition

The transition of Chinese society started from the seventies in the last century, with thepower of being open to the world and reform, with the globalization taken for the background,the transition of society is full of opportunities and multiple challenges ;Report to the 16thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that developing socialistdemocracy and establishing a socialist political civilization are important goal for building awell-off society in an all-round way. The political culture is in a contemporary politicsscientific research domain important content, especially in the time of social reforming,political culture has extremely important value and significance in social developing process,therefore, the Report to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointedout the goal and direction .This article stands on the view of Marxism, analyzing the evolutionof political culture in transition and difficulties, and on this basis of exploring the rationalconstruction of political culture in transition, providing a theoretical reference, thus promotingto construct socialism with Chinese characteristics and a well-off social.This article is composed of three parts: introduction , text and concluding remark.Firstly, this paper elaborates the present research on domestic and international politicalculture and social transition, thus point out the research perspective and value.Secondly, the author analysis the definition of social transition and political culture, atfirst by studying a number of scholars about social transition and the concept of politicalculture, the author sums up the important features about them, followed by expounding thedialectical relationship between them, then shows the special feather of our society intransition. Then displays the contemporary Chinese political culture of social transition : Inthe evolution of Chinese political culture, the political awareness, value judgments, politicalvalues and political ideas gradually change into rationality, participation and unity ,at the same time , it also faces difficulties , the traditional political culture and the market economyhave a negative influence on political culture of social transition, the globalization andnetwork present new challenges. Furthermore, the paper elaborates a rational way in transitionto build a political culture from target location, cultural orientation and the path design.Thirdly, concluding remark points out that the discussion about the political culture ofour society in transition, which should convert from the theoretical level into theimplementation of social practice, and continues to promote the reform of the political culturesteadily, which provides a realistic possibility.
