Market access on agricultural products is a law system restricting on every kind of rules, policies, and measures on ariculture products. As one of the three pillars, market access has the most important influence on agricultural products'trade, for its content effects directly the flow of agricultural products.After being brought into multilateral trade system, agriculture negotiation in Doha Development Agenda which aims at benefiting the developing counties has come to the tenth year. Today, though the negotiation is still drastic, every party's will to get a final agreement on agriculture becomes stronger than ever. The parties has come to a REVISED DRAFT MODALITIES FOR AGRICULTURE on Dec 08th,2008, and the draft is easier to accept for every member than before. This makes the future of market access on agricultural products brighter.Although the future is bright, our country which needs to establish a new system of global agricultural products'trade still should keep a agriculture protecting system of market access on agricultural products to maintain our interests in agriculture industry. For this consideration, the thesis studied on a few of main countries on agriculture trade from international economic law's angle, and then produced some thoughts and measures to improve our country's market access on agricultural products.In view of agriculture negotiation has crucial influence on agricultural products' trade, the thesis followed the agriculture negotiation's most recent progress in Doha Development Agenda deeply, and translated entirely the part of market access in REVISED DRAFT MODALITIES FOR AGRICULTURE. In the end, the author put forward some suggestions on our country's participation to the agriculture negotiation.The thesis has 6 chapters in all. The first chapter is the prologue, includes the reason why I choose the topic, study's background and meaning,and so on. The second chapter is summary of market access on agricultural products, introduced the concept of market access, related briefly essential rules of WTO on market access on agricultural products, and related to Agreement on Agriculture as a point The third chapter is analysis on the policy of market access on agricultural products from USA, EU, Japan, Brazil, studied these policies in the comparative method, and the chief object is USA. The fourth chapter is agriculture negotiation and its topic of market access on agricultural products, introduced mainly agriculture negotiation's origin and its history, followed the agriculture negotiation's most recent progress, introduced and reviewed entirely the part of market access in REVISED DRAFT MODALITIES FOR AGRICULTURE, as a keystone. The fifth chapter is improvement on our country's system of market access on agricultural products and our country's participation to the agriculture negotiation. After introducing with stress our country's current system of market access on agricultural products, I produced some thoughts and measures to improve its shortcoming, and the other keystone here is our country's participation to the agriculture negotiation, the thesis put forward some suggestions on our country's participation to the agriculture negotiation from macrocosm aspect and microcosm aspect. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, it summarized the thesis'study.
