Research On The Problem Of Mobile E-administration Platform

With the further development of e-administration , the highly attentions on strategic emerging industry from the nation and MIIT on promoting to change economic development mode bring a rare chance for the following development of e-administration. As one of the important measures on adjustable structure and mode, the development of strategic industry is taken seriously. Moreover, to cultivate information network industry has been included in premier Wen Jiabao's government work report this year. It is also an important part of the current work for MIIT.Mobile government affairs is an activity based on mobile communication network, through the phone and personal digital assistant, palm computers and other mobile digital terminals and wireless communication module of e-administration, which is the theme of the informatization of mobile applications. It is the most dynamic and fastest–growing and beneficial mobile application. Mobile administration will become one of the leading industries of the transformation of economic development mode.Based on the analysis of the background , advantages and characteristics of mobile government affairs, this paper works on the significance of the platform construction and the unstoppable development trend of mobile government. It also analyzes mobile government affairs platform technology, management strategy and the problems existing in the foundation in detail.This paper focuses on the orientation of electronic government affairs'value, analyzing the platform system structure, the function and discussed its application scope. Moreover, it gives advice on m-government platform construction principles, steps and management strategy, safety measures of China Mobile, and it is supposed to put forward the construction of e-government .
