Under the background pushing forward quality education in depth, how to improve education quality of teaching within limited time is the core topic for discussion. Effective classroom teaching problem designs have become one of the keys. We need to study the classroom teaching design in terms of Senior Chemistry. What is the effective classroom teaching design? The characteristic studying originally is cognition mentality.This research is based on document method such as analyzing, experiencing a summary , various home and abroad theory educating teaching , cognition theories of psychology for reference , coming to structure the frame, and classroom teaching problem designs for Chemistry have been carried out.Study first, current situation and the background characteristic of times set off from education of our country, suggesting that having discussed a problem's composes in reply to the significance of studying originally. We discuss some concerned issues and offer some more practical guidance after analyzing Chemistry classroom teaching designs. We develop students'cognition ability and development for all life. We follow some theory and teaching strategy based on Yuan cognition.
