The number of China's agricultural population is approximately 800 million, according to the situation in our country; the state introduced a number of benefits related to agricultural and farmer policy. However, as a branch of agriculture, the fishery without paying more attention, the development of the fishing industry is relatively slow. In recent years, the relevant departments of the State Oceanic Administration and other fisheries-related sectors have issued a series of benefits and fisheries policies. The revitalization of fishery mentioned again on the agenda, fisheries development ushered in an excellent opportunity to its own.Fujian province is located in the southeast coastal areas, sea location, the . geographical position, so that in the development of fisheries has a unique advantage. Strip of coastline in Fujian Province, the scattered islands of varying sizes, some of these islands desolated, while others are residents of these islands; how is the living condition of residents, how to earn a living, residents of cultural development in present situation. All of these are not be known to outsiders on the land, the domestic scholars research is lacking, anthropologist focusing on the island as an academic is a blank.The paper takes LongHaiShi Wuyu Island in Fujian province as an example, to the island as a breakthrough point, using anthropological field research and the corresponding methodology, focusing on the fishing village of the Wuyu Island' characteristics of production and life, from the fishery economy, village beliefs, fishermen aspects of life in Wuyu island to explore and study, seeks to reflect the fishermen's social life conditions and situations faced, by our affirmation of the fishers who contribute to the society, the analysis of the new era in the coastlands fishermen in the situation facing changes in society and the urgent problems need to be solved. Re-scan fishery of Wuyu Island, providing the government the formulation of fisheries policy, corresponding fishery in the realistic basis, make the whole society pay more attention to the development of fishermen, fisheries, fishing village, etc.
