With the rapid development of the national economy,high-level professional talents were needed in all trades and professions nowadays.In order to supply high-level professional talents for the China's economic construction and social development,Ministry of Education mainly recruiting fresh graduates to expand the scope of full-time professional master's degree since 2009,then continued adjusting it annually,change the master's postgraduate education from cultivating Academic Master's Degree to Professional Master's Degree gradually.With the continuously expanding of full-time professional master's degree scale,various problems under the full-time professional master's degree education have come out.The study of full-time professional master's degree management is the demand of this century.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part is an introduction,mainly introduces the background and the significance of the research,relevant overviews,the core concepts,the methods of the research and so on..The second part introduces the overview of full-time professional master's degree.Through the development of full-time professional master's degree,it describes the characteristic of full-time professional master's degree management,which indicates the differences between professional master's degree and academic master's degree.The third part introduces present status of the full-time professional master degree management.It expatiates on the enrollment management,daily management,teaching and research management,teacher management,professional practice and others through the questionnaires and talking.The fourth part analyzes the problems and its reasons of the full-time professional master's degree management by way of manage theory,manage method,manage process and so on.The study of its reason from the perspective of numeral expanding,the administrators,the tutors,the students themselves and other aspects.The fifth part is the improvement measures of full-time professional master's degree management based on the problem brought in part four.Such as update management theory,improved management institution,advanced management method so that we can promote the development of full-time professional master's degree.
