Teachers are the first resource in education. The teacher's professional diathesis directly affects the pros and cons of education quality. Particularly in vocational education is very evident. In recent years as China's rapid economic development, social science and technology unceasing progress, the development and quality of vocational education have been focusing on by public attention. But the insufficient number of vocational education teachers, the overall quality is not high, more and more difficult to satisfy the need of vocational school, which has become a stumbling block. China's vocational education has to do with its own characteristics and develops practical and skilled personnel, which has to strengthen the training pattern of vocational teachers'education. America as a developed country with matured teachers'training set, which accumulated extensive practical experience in vocational education training mode and professional development, In view of the development of vocational education and improvement of vocational education teachers, America's self-question and reform vocational and technical education, analyzes the plight of vocational education teachers, paying attention to the vocational teachers' education training plan.Firstly, through the understanding to the American vocational education training models'development background, history, status quo and tendency; and according with the existing problems in our current vocational education, then think about how to improve our vocational education teacher's quality, contribute to our the formation of vocational education in the development of fast and a good situation.Secondly, by focusing on the American professional education of teachers' professional development theory research, cause more Chinese scholars to research and analysis vocational education teacher training pattern development. Hopefully, it could play a valuable role.Finally, through the understanding to American vocational education training models, analyzes its different stages of the teachers' training system. Providing effective countermeasures for solving problems in China's vocational education teacher training process and provide useful references for establishing the teacher training system. Thesis attempts to propose 4 suggestions or requirements to China's vocational education teachers training mode: 1, perfect teachers'license system and build "training + regular check + qualification certification system;" 2, establish a diversified teachers training model, 3, cancel the teacher "Gold-bowl System" and propose sustainable development of teachers', 4, increase teachers' professional beliefs.
