This thesis is a theoretical exploration based on the background of social and economic development. It has analyzed the social needs of the enterprise education of the agriculture-related secondary vocational education students as well as the cause and the possibility for these needs. At the same time, it has come up with the methods of changing the low employment rate and optimistic employment status as well as solving the dilemma existing in the current agriculture-related secondary vocational education. It can be made a generalization about the methods as construction of target system and the teachers'troop as well as the curricula.The subject is discussed in four aspects. Chapter one is the Introduction, which has expounded the background and the purpose as well as the worth of the research, summarized the current research situation in enterprise education of agriculture-related secondary vocational education students, stated the innovative points and showed the research thinking. Chapter two is on the background of the research, in which it has analyzed the affect of the social and economic development as well as the new situation of agricultural economy to the agriculture-related secondary vocational education and the affect of the development of international enterprise education to the enterprise education of agriculture-related secondary vocational education students. Chapter three is on the needs of enterprise education of agriculture-related secondary vocational education students, which has analyzed the current situation of social needs of the enterprise education and the cause as well as the possibility of these needs. Chapter four is on the implementation of the enterprise education of agriculture-related secondary vocational education students, which has focused on the construction of the target system and the teachers'troop as well as the curricula. To be more specific, the target system should be consisted of overall goals, the structure goal and the supportive goal. The construction of teachers'troop should attach more importance to double-qualified teacher, the integration of teaching and researching, the adjustment of teacher entry certification system, work out the program of teachers'training, the identification of assessment criteria. What's more, we cannot ignore the importance of curricula target, curricula content and the implementation of the curricula as well as the assessment of curricula to the improvement of the enterprise teaching quality. The innovative points of this thesis could be summarized as follows. The first is the identification of the target on the enterprise education of agriculture-related secondary vocational students. The second is the presentation of the requirement for construction of teachers'troop. The third is the theoretical exploration on the curricula of enterprise education of agriculture-related secondary vocational education students.The research is badly needed in the process of social and economic development, which has endowed the research with more profound worth.
